ROLL AND MOVE MINDFULLY (Sept 10 - Oct 22, 2018)


This series will consist of six 75 minute classes which will incorporate the use of Roll Model™ therapy balls, yoga poses and mindful movement. The Roll Model ™ balls will be used to highlight areas of the body important in particular yoga poses or daily activities and to massage areas of the body to aid in relaxation. Previous therapy ball classes have focussed on a specific area of the body each week while these classes will be more general in nature.

Previous yoga experience is not a prerequisite but is an asset. There will be transitions from lying to sitting to standing during the classes.

Come prepared to roll, move, flow and have fun!

*Instructed by Karen Kolbinson, Physical Therapist, Yoga Tune Up certified teacher and Roll Model Method practitioner.
