Linda Boryski | Founder, CEO

A licensed Physical Therapist from the University of Saskatchewan, Linda Boryski spent time working within the public health system before finding her groove in outpatient orthopedics and private practice. Throughout her career, Linda continues to enhance her skills with post graduate courses in manual therapy, exercise prescription, strength and conditioning.

Most recently, she completed her Professional Yoga Therapy Certificate, becoming one of only a handful of Canadians who have graduated from the program.  Combined with a Physical Therapy Degree, this yoga therapy training is over 12,000 hours.

Linda applies a unique blend of western evidence based medicine and ancient health practices.  She embraces the opportunity to promote health, wellness and disease prevention through exercise, stress management, diet and other healthy lifestyle choices.

During her studies in Physical Therapy, Linda played for the University of Saskatchewan Huskies Women's Hockey Team.  Today she continues to teach power skating to Saskatoon's hockey and ringette players.

Linda is living her dream in Saskatoon and Pratt Lake with her husband, Seann, their two dogs (Trio and Sammie) and stays active with yoga, biking, ball hockey, cross country skiing, golf, kayaking and paddle boarding.
